Besides editing and transferring process, SAMSUNG Intelli-studio allows you to share your projects on YouTube or Flickr. There doesn't seem to be a tool/option for DVD burning. However, you can visit Software Informer database and download a utility for this purpose. I recommend you try BurnAware, Express Burn, or Free CD DVD Burner because they are easy to install and use.

Try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. This should fix it. Alternatively, install the latest Visual Runtime C++ application. You can choose to re-install the application over your current installation, but it's recommended to uninstall it first. After this operation, the software should start normally.
Runtime errors are caused due to missing components required by the application, bugs and missing updates to your operating system or program. It's recommended to install latest versions of applications you're using to prevent these situations. Try reinstalling the app and make sure to meet the system requirements.

To restore the videos, firstly check the Recycle Bin on your desktop. If the files are not there, install Recuva from the official website. Install the application, start it and use the Wizard to configure the scanning methods. To enable the accuracy scan, check the Deep Scan mode. Choose the partition where files were stored and then check the Videos option. Once the files are found, right click them and select Recover, but choose other partition than the one where the files were stored in the first place.
